At Kokoro, our Pilates classes are taught by our STOTT qualified instructor, Claire Chambers, and designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall wellness. We cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, ensuring each session is tailored to meet individual needs and goals.

The classes are kept small by design as this allows Claire to focus on each client and work towards addressing specific individual ailments.
