1. Booking & Appointments:
   
   1.1. Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
   
   1.2. Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
   
   1.3. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

   2.1. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
   
   2.2. We accept cash, credit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods.
   
   2.3. In case of overdue payments, a late fee may be applied.

   5.1. Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other clients.
   
   5.2. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services.
   

6. Liability:
   
   6.1. Kokoro | Mind, Body, Renewal is not liable for any injury or damages incurred during or after treatments.
   
   6.2. Clients participate in treatments at their own risk.

   7.2. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
