Yoga’s origins are rooted in ancient Indian philosophy, having been practiced for thousands of years and combines physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation for overall wellbeing. Yoga aims to create harmony between the mind body and spirit, often emphasising flexibility, mindfulness and relaxation with free flowing movement.

Our skilled instructor, Rebecca Brown, brings her 15+ years experience in the health and wellness industry, as well as extensive teaching experience in fostering a supportive environment that encourages mindful movement and self-discovery. Each class integrates physical postures, breath-work, and meditation to promote overall well-being, flexibility, and strength.
